Shipping policy

     All orders will be processed and fulfilled a maximum of 2 days or 48 hours after we receive them, excluding any holidays, Sundays and any other days the USPS is not in business. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and when your order ships, along with a USPS tracking number. If by any means there is a delay due to high order numbers or any other reason we fail to ship your order our within the 48 hours we will contact you and inform you of any issue that may have occurred. Any delays by the shipping currier are out of our control unfortunately.

     As of August, 2020 and into 2021 we will be using USPS flat rate shipping for all out our shipments. If and when we are able to offer more forms of shipment we will list them in our checkout page for you. Our shipping location will be Pennsylvania.

Local delivery

     I do offer local delivery for a $2.00 fee..

In-store pickup

     You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Crave's Crystals inside the Freeland Marketplace located at 166 Foster Ave. Freeland, PA 18224. Pickup days will be every Saturday and Sunday and long as the order has been processed and is marked ready for pick-up.bAfter placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm on Saturdays & 10:00am-4:00pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

     I currently do not offer International shipping. There will be international shipping options in the future.
