Smoky Quartz

Very cool Smoky Quartz from Arkansas. This Smoky Quartz is irradiated which is a way of heating it up which results in the darkening of the Quartz. This also happens naturally when Smoky Quartz is heated up by an event in nature. These pieces were heated to darken the color and the Quartz is untouched by any other mineral or chemical and remains all natural aside from the heat.
